Kin Tat Rubber Technology Ltd. is known by its global customers for the quality that is manufactured into their wide range of products. The company’s in-house full service offering of tooling manufacturing, product design and evaluation, molding production allows Kin Tat Rubber Technology Ltd. to not only provide outstanding service to their customers, but more importantly to provide full control of the quality through every step of the process.
The technical staff implements the computer-integrated management throughout the manufacturing procedures, from raw materials to finished products, to maintain its quality until finally reaching to their customers. Demonstration of the company’s high emphasis is further supported by the attainment of TS16949 Certification in the year 2005. |

We have been aggressively investing in upgrading advanced technologies in the laboratory facilities. The laboratory is equipped with updated test equipment to perform physical quality tests such as tensile, tear, compression, resilience, and rehology. Our goal is to achieve a superior level of quality assurance through continuous improvement under the customers’ changing needs.
