Research & Development

To keep innovating in our fast-paced industry, Kin Tat puts significant effort into product R&D. Our engineering division is dedicated to create new products and improve existing products design. With the aid of design tools such as PRO-E, MasterCAM, and AutoCAD. Our engineers analyze every product’s specifications and apply the most appropriate machinery for manufacturing. In order to improve the output quality, an on-site laboratory enables our technicians to conduct testing and inspection.

Tool Fabrication

The excellent in-house tooling fabrication capabilities of Kin Tat Rubber Technology Ltd. provide a key competitive advantage. Computer-aided design of tooling, CNC machining centers, CNC Electric Discharge Machines and other tooling equipment provide Kin Tat with the ability to produce the finest tools to meet performance criteria.

Production Processes

Mixing
Our on-site laboratory strongly supports the design of materials in which chemists provide the optimum formula based on the customers’ requirements. We place strong emphasis on meeting the toughest international and customer standards. Both closed and open-type mills are utilized to mix the materials to the specified formulations.

Molding
Kin Tat Rubber Technology Ltd. has automatic and manual molding machines to fulfill compression, transfer, and injection that produce different levels of complexity of products to meet the customers’ specific requirements.

Trimming
Die cut, lathe cut and other trimming techniques are applied for shaping the articles to the customer’s final dimensional specifications. The automatic deflashing machines are utilized to finish the surface of the products more efficiency.
